Introduction into The Most Memorable Advertising Campaigns of all Time

  We are surrounded by them, we cannot escape them, everywhere we go, everywhere we look it is ultimately in every aspect of our lives. Ads. We are exposed to well over 4,000 ads everyday (and billions over a lifetime), yet when trying to name some, only a few come to mind… and it is not always for the best reasons. The advertising industry is a multibillion-dollar industry with millions of companies and brands fighting for your attention and ultimately, your business. Adverting has taken its rightful place in the American Culture by creatively and strategically positioning themselves as an asset and value to our lives.

    This blog that I will be going though over the next few weeks will discuss some of the advertising campaigns that have done what many ads cannot… stand the test of time and become memorable in the minds of consumers…whether it be the best for the brand or a by a HUGE mistake. Some of the things that I will go over is how and why the ad agencies came to these ideas for campaigns and dissect what made them so memorable.
